Products and orders

We sell handmade rubber stamps, carved goods, and related items. Product photos and descriptions are approximate; handmade items may vary slightly. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Automatic discounts shown on the site are applied at checkout when eligible.

Custom stamps: When you order a custom stamp, you are responsible for the text and customization details you submit. Please review your cart carefully before checkout. Custom items may not be returnable once production begins.

Checkout and payment

Checkout is hosted by Square. You will enter payment and shipping information on Square's secure checkout page. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Order confirmation and receipts are sent by Square.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is a flat rate on orders under $50. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free shipping before tax, tips, and coupons. Shipping time estimates on product pages are approximate business-day ranges, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Returns and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@hellahandcarved.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate. Custom-made items and final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Pop-up estimates

Estimates for live block-printing pop-ups are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Event details, travel, and final pricing may be agreed separately from the online estimate tool.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
